lovely pool relaxation area scalding radiator burn incident

the spa had a lovely pool. i enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. the relaxation area was quite nice.

the towel radiator in my room was scaldingly hot. my wife burned her back when she accidentally touched it. i am still waiting for someone to contact us about this incident.

I liked the vintage and luxurious decor.. the spa provided free tea and fruit. i also thought the staff were positive and helpful. george welcomed us and showed us to our room. He.

i ordered a bottle of wine with dinner.. the bill had a more expensive bottle listed. the waiter insisted my wife had ordered it. this soured our experience.

The grounds were beautiful, a plus.

The spa was too overcrowded. It was like the hotel allowed too many people in at once and I couldn't use the facilities I paid for. It was like a waste of money just to sit in the pool.

the bar service was not good it was slow. drinks were also very expensive i felt. there wasn't much atmosphere in the bar areas. given the remote location i believe there should be a better entertaining space

I spent nights at this beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the clean bedroom with tasteful decoration. The bed was super comfy and allowed for great sleep. The hotel has beautiful surroundings.
